do not commission me without reading the below terms or if my terms do not work for you. section 1 terms are non-negotiable.

section 1: payment

• i accept venmo or paypal ONLY for payment
• i will not refund a service after it has been completed 100%

section 2: offering

• please come prepared with an idea you can verbalize or a reference availible so i have something to work with. (if not i can work with you on an idea or design for no additional cost)
• i do not draw humans or human faces, i will reject requests for humans.
• i can reject any request or offer for any or no reason.
• (not applicable for name-your-price commissions) i make a quote for how much the commission will cost after you've told me exactly what you want. prices may be negotiated or adjusted versions of the offer may be proposed to lower the price if you cannot afford it.

section 3: the process

• i will work with you every stage of my process (thumbnail, sketch, etc.) until it is complete, adjustment requests are free and encouraged
• you are free to request an update at any time
• progress may be slow and i may provide updates only a few times a week due to my busy schedule
• if i cannot complete the commission i will refund what i can (hopefully 100%, but commissions are my only source of income so you'll get however much money i have first and the rest in the future, so the whole process may take some time)
• i'm willing to alter any aspect of my style to better suit what you want the finished piece to look like. if something bothers you or you want something specific feel free to point it out and i'll probably be able to fix it.

section 4: the product

• the finished piece will be sent as a full-res PNG file through a link from this website
• i can provide a source file (.KRA file or a .PSD file) upon request
• if you get very lucky and i think the recording looks good, you might get a surprise timelapse of the process i went through to make your piece!
• you are free to do whatever you want with the piece and use it however you'd like (i can't stop you from doing anything anyways) but i would greatly prefer if you would avoid intentionally uploading my art into enterprise AI databases even if you own a drawing i made
• when i finish an artpiece, i like to upload it to this page and my social media pages. please let me know in advance if you do NOT want me to post progress pics or the final piece online and would prefer i keep it private.
